My name is Pedro Fialho.
I love building and leading software teams. My expertise is building large software systems, tooling and processes to support them. Most of my work has been related to Internet services, though I have experience in telecommunication industry.

I hold a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from INATEL (National Institute of Telecommunications) and I am also graduated in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Germany by Jade University of Applied Sciences (Jade Hochschule).

 I am the Founder and CTO of Nowigo – a company that provides technology-driven solutions for festivals and live events. Our RFID/NFC Cashless Payment, Access Control, Analytics (BI) and Experiential solutions enhance the guest experience, increase revenues and decrease costs for event organizers.

Currently I am coursing Master in Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence for 6G Networks in INATEL.

I have more than 8 years of experience in national and international companies as a Full Stack developer, using different programming languages. Now I am focused on backend Spring REST APIs, therefore the technologies I am most familiar with are Java (Spring Boot, Spring Security, JWT, OAuth2, JPA, Hibernate, JUnit, REST Assured, JasperReports), MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes and AWS.

I Took part on several courses on Brazil and abroad on Networking (CCNA, 4G/LTE), Project Management and Ethical Hacker. At “Rede Globo” I have worked in the area of telecommunications engineering, creating and maintaining radio frequency projects.

I love travelling and learning new languages. By now I speak native Portuguese, advanced English and Spanish and intermediate German. Currently I am self teaching Italian and Piano on my free time.
